Stem Cell Therapy

Breakthrough Healing for Chronic Joint Pain - Stem Cell Therapy

Stem cells are uniquely capable of renewing themselves through cell division. They serve the body as an internal repair system, dividing and replenishing other cells. Unfortunately, the concentration of stem cells in our body naturally decreases as we age. This is why it is harder to fully recover from injuries as we get older. For example, the cartilage in our joints can degenerate over time, because that cushion between the bones dissipates. When the cartilage is gone, there is nothing to absorb the pressure put on our joints. Without it, our bones can begin to rub against each other, leading to painful inflammation, swelling, loss of range of motion, osteoarthritis, bone spurs, and further degeneration. New stem cells can be reintroduced at the site of the injury to promote healing.

Treatment Without Surgery

Clinically proven to be effective in regenerating damaged tissue at an accelerated rate, regenerative stem cell therapy is a rapidly growing treatment for injuries that otherwise might require surgery. Dr. Mioni and his team at Arizona Chiropractic Group are committed to helping patients manage chronic pain, restore range of motion, and regenerate joint tissue to repair the underlying cause of pain.

Uniquely Suited to Repairing Joints

Administering a series of new stem cell injections over a period of time helps to boost your body’s current production of stem cells. This increase in regenerative stem cells helps treat chronic ailments and diseases, particularly joints that have been damaged or degenerated due to injury or improper motion. Joints found in knees, hips, shoulders, and back are particularly susceptible to deterioration and injury due to improper movement during exercise, gradual wear and tear, and improper dynamic range of motion.

Addressing the Cause, not Masking the Symptom

Unlike pain pills and other opioids, regenerative stem cell therapies don’t just mask pain symptoms; they regenerate the damaged tissue to rebuild the natural cushion already found in the human body. This non-surgical treatment consists of injecting a concentration of stem cells, growth factors, and other healing factors into the joint. As a result, regenerative stem cell therapy targets the areas where you feel chronic pain.

Regenerative Stem Cell Therapy Treats:

  • Knee Joint Pain
  • Hip Joint Pain
  • Shoulder Joint Pain
  • Degenerative Diseases
